About Dr. Bickford
Dr. Bickford’s Introduction of Himself:
Hello and thank-you for taking time to read my introduction. I grew up receiving chiropractic adjustments since childhood, my mom has a bad back. My brothers and me would get chiropractic adjustments if we had a cold or an ear infection or we tumbled. My childhood chiropractor, Dr. Jay Greenberg is my mentor and colleague, today.
After high school I joined the Navy and was stationed in Guam USA for most of my enlistment; I really liked living on an island. After graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University, College of Chiropractic I decided to move to the Big Island. I really like Hawaii, and I am happy I chose Hawaii.
I believe chiropractic is part of my lifestyle; even before I became a Doctor of Chiropractic, I knew chiropractic needed to be in my medicine cabinet next to my vitamin supplements. Life is full of choices, hopefully leaning toward the healthy choices. The choice of good health is on an equal plain of choosing to educate yourself with books, life experience, and/or higher education to earn a trade or degree. The choices we make today will help us tomorrow.
